I joined BCG in 2016 with the objective to bring UX Design in-house for their product ecosystem of consultant enabling software. Over the following 7 years of service this led me on a journey of building a team from zero to 25 UX Designers spread across 8 offices and 4 continents with world-wide clients.

As a function we created user-centric solutions for complex, data-driven problems, leveraging data-science, artificial intelligence and machine learning across Retail, Financial Services, Energy and Transport sectors.
