One of the first steps we take when working with a new client is to listen, understand and explore potential user journeys where AI can deliver real value to the customer.


Figma allows us to do this through rapid exploration and then further iteration based on feedback, this process also helps our clients to fully envision how their product could look and work with an embedded AI alongside their existing product or service.



Storyboarding the User Journey


Starting with pen and paper to sketch out storyboards accelerates ideas with the ability to pivot before too much detail is required


Exploring different options to understand how invasive an AI Shopping Assistant should be. A chat bot is an obvious choice, but not always the right path, other options include a smart search bar, a companion app or even direct messaging through apps like WhatsApp.

Once an initial storyboard is sketched out and annotated, we share via Miro which allows us to conduct virtual workshops to gather feedback and iterate on our ideas. Once we have a strong consensus that a user journey is on the right path we move enrich the details using Figma.
